Ms. Charlotte Warner, age 39 of Alexandria, TN passed away Friday January 9, 2014 at University Medical Center in Lebanon, TN.Ms. Warner was born November 17, 1974 in Cleveland, OH the daughter of Robert West and the late Mable Jean West.Ms. Warner is survived by her Father; Robert West of Alexandria, TN. Two Children; Damon Lee West and Crista Deshealea Warner both of Alexandria, TN. Two Sisters; Rose Gibbs of Alexandria,TN and Wanda Martin of Bartlesville, OK. Two Brothers; Albert West and Frank West both of Alexandria, TN. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.Funeral Services are scheduled to be conducted on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 11:00AM at Avant Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Puckett officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillview Memorial Cemetery.Visitation with the Warner family will be held on Sunday from 5PM to 8PM and again on Monday from 10AM until service time at 11AM.
