Mr. Thomas Leon Smithson, Jr., age 67 of Alexandria, TN passed away Monday, October 28, 2013 at his residence.Junior was born August 1, 1946 the son of the late Thomas Leon Smithson, Sr. and Della Christine Gaither. He graduated from Watertown High School in 1964 and married Judy Wright on May 8, 1974. He retired as a Truck Driver for Bellsouth AT&T and was currently driving for TN Contract Carriers in Gordonsville.Mr. Smithson is survived by his Wife; Judy Smithson and Son; Kevin Smithson both of Alexandria, TN.Memorial Services for Mr. Smithson will be conducted 2PM Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Avant Funeral Home.Visitation with the Smithson family will be at Avant Funeral Home on Thursday from 1PM until service time at 2PM.
